Data Transfer Technician. Server form fills on Salesforce for a national home elevator company using RTR based filing. This in turn was used to generate cases for the company allowing a generation of ease and workflow for the customer service department.
Collaborated closely with the IT department to streamline the filing process, reducing latency of information from the server to almost instant based on personal transferring speeds.
